If you missed class on Friday, we decided to have a test on Multi body systems
(ramps) as well as momentum. Most people thought this unit was easy
and a test on just this unit would help your GPA. We will have a review day on
Tuesday, and the test will be on Wednesday.
Review your notes, and I will be posting some review work here. Stay tuned.
UPDATE: (March 17): I'll make you a review assignment this weekend. In the meantime, check out these two websites to check your understanding of the ramps:

UPDATE: (March 18): This first review assignment should cover everything you need until 2D momentum. One of you fine students emailed me to let me know that you didn't have access to some of the notes on the website. I imagine the rest of you were embarrassed when you went to the physics party without the notes! I bet your faces were red! -- I will post a momentum review as well. With the notes, these reviews, and your booooklet. You should be very prepared for the test when we get back.
UPDATE: (March 21) That is the end of the review materials that I will be posting. You have more than enough to keep you busy. Use your boooklet, my assignments, the notes, your text, the intertoobs... we'll review on Tuesday. You should be good to go for the test on Wednesday. Remember that for 2D momentum, you will have to think about which vectors add to which.. ie: you must think about which vectors to put in tip to tail. Cosine law and sine law will be your friends. Your booklet has many great examples.
